The epic adventure is set in the middle of the 18th century during the Seven Years’ War which entwines with the French Revolution. Both sea and land the game will allow the gamer to venture into the North Atlantic and within North America.

Today Ubisoft Sofia announced Assassin’s Creed Rogue for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms. You will be Shay Patrick Cormac, am assassin turned Templar, who sails a ship named Morrigan across the Atlantic to target the Appalachian River Valley and the New York areas targeting the ranks of Assassins.

Tied to the saga of the Kenway family in Assassin’s Creed 3, the storyline will also tie into the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Unity for the Xbox One and PS4 platforms. This installment of the AC saga will have players exploring the vast expanses of the North Atlantic and land some game play into even the Artic. The trailer boasts to offer more customizations like the Hunter Pack, including a custom ships wheel, weapons and sails. Also the trailer mentions the expansion of possible DLC to appear.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue is sure to an epic release. Many gamers are anticipating Rogue to continue off where other storylines left off. Like any great game, gamers want more and Ubisoft Sofia is delivering just this.
