Gamer Ninja’s Xur Must Pick Up

Merciless Exotic Fusion Rifle

If you do not own The Merciless fusion rifle, now is your chance, and this is a weapon a guardian should pick up and test out. It is excellent in PVP and PVE end game content, such as Raids and Dungeons. The downside to The Merciless fusion rifle is it takes up your exotic weapon slot. Even though the Merciless is an excellent fusion rifle, there are other legendary fusion rifles options like Erentil FR4 and the Wizened Rebuke that do not take up an exotic slot and perform just as well but without the exotic perk Conserve Momentum.

Gemini Jesters

A Gamer Ninja Must Get from Xur: The Gemini Jesters exotic boots are a great PVP exotic for Hunters. It allows you to disorient nearby enemies and takes away the radar feature for them. The current meta is increased Recovery, but these boots drop with a +20 resilience and have a 9+ intellect stat rolled into them, which makes them a viable option to have in your Destiny 2 gear collection inventory.

Peregrine Greaves

Gamer Ninja Must Get from Xur: This week Xur brought Titan’s a great pair of boots. Though they are not the most desired PVP exotic boots, the Peregrine Greaves is awesome in PVE end game exotic for Nightfalls, Raids, and Dungeons. The shoulder charge damage can deplete a Boss’s health by a substantial amount, and a fireteam of Titan’s wearing the Peregrine Greaves can burn a boss down in seconds. The Peregrine Greaves also do massive damage while playing Gambit and Gambit Prime. They take chunks of the health off of the Primeval and one-hit-kill all sized blockers with a shoulder charge—pair Peregrine Greaves with Melting Point and a One-Two Punch shotgun for the most effective damage.

The stat rolls on the Peregrine Greaves are excellent and complement these boots nicely. +15 Mobility, +14 Recovery, and +17 Intelect make this week’s top pick to get from Xur the Peregrine Greaves.

Nezarec’s Sin

A Gamer Ninja Must Get from Xur: The Nezarec’s Sin exotic helmet is a great PVP exotic helmet for Warlocks running Void abilities and super. The exotic perk Abyssal Extractors makes running Void weapons and a Void super and abilities, and getting kills almost gain back your Void abilities instantly. The stat roll on this helmet is reliable across the board. The +15 Resilience with a helpful +9 Recovery, then the +17 Discipline and +10 Inytelect makes this helmet one of the best stat rolls on a Nezarec’s Sin we have seen. The Nezarec’s Sin is certainly worth picking up from Xur this week.
